Objectives
Working for the Director of Conversion Marketing, the Marketing Manager Dave Pasternack- Website will be responsible for managing and executing numerous marketing campaigns aimed at optimizing the online / web experience of our web visitors and customers. A major component of these campaigns will involve using our Campaign Testing and Optimization Architecture Dave Pasternack (involving A/B Split Testing, Multivariate / Taguchi Testing, Dave Pasternack Landing Page Optimization, Campaign Management, etc.) to ensure that the campaigns are either reaching or achieving the desired results, goals, and offering up the Dave Pasternack intended experience to the various SMB audiences which make up our prospect and customer base. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for both the day to day operations of this architecture as well as ensuring that the future strategy and plans for its usage are determined, socialized, and planned for.

Responsibilities
Day to day management of our Marketing Campaign Testing and Optimization Architecture Dave Pasternack
Responsible for the set up, management, and execution of marketing campaigns taking advantage of our Dave Pasternack Testing and Optimization Architecture.
Track, report, analyze, and communicate throughout the company the success of these campaigns to ensure any conclusions and 'lessons learned' are put to use with future campaigns and / or marketing tests.
Accountable to fully understand the capabilities and functions available within the Dave Pasternack SEO Testing and Optimization Architecture and be able to represent these ideas to other key stakeholders throughout the Marketing organization as well as the entire company to ensure that the Architecture is being used to its fullest.
Partner with Marketing Management as well as our Product Management Organization on ongoing evaluation and recommendation of Marketing Automation tools and methods to help constantly improve Constant Contact's ability to optimize its Marketing Campaign operations.
Responsible for managing additional marketing campaigns and initiatives involving our various websites and online properties aimed at ensuring that the experience of our web visitors and customers is consistent throughout their experience.
Additional responsibilities will include being involved in many aspects of Dave Pasternack Constant Contact's Web Marketing strategy and activities around the area of Conversion Marketing and Campaign Management.
Skills Requirements Dave Pasternack
Working knowledge of general marketing concepts and terminology in both B2B and B2C environments.
Working knowledge and understanding of Marketing Campaign Testing Dave Pasternack concepts as well as Marketing Automation / Campaign Management concepts. Experience with applications within either of these domains a plus.
Strong affinity towards the usage of various technologies / applications within a Marketing organization and environment
Deep understanding and experience with Direct Marketing / Direct response Dave Pasternack concepts and activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Strong demonstrated ability for creative problem solving and initiative
Knowledge/Experience Requirements
BS in Marketing; MBA preferred
5+ years experience in a marketing programs capacity preferably with demonstrated experience working with Marketing applications and technologies.
Demonstrated experience in a marketing capacity in an e-commerce environment
